Update Instructions

Compatibility: Before proceeding confirm that your phone is already running one of the following firmware builds onboard:

» KIW-L21C185B140
» KIW-L21C185B301

1. Download and extract the zip package on your computer.
2. Transfer the dload folder to the external microSD card of your device.
3. Take a full backup of existing data stored on phone.
4. Turn your device off.
5. Now reboot while holding Vol down + Vol up + Power for a few seconds to initiate the upgrade process.
