Once in the correct folder, create a new file. Generally, you will find an icon with a "+" or vertical dots in your file explorer, press it and choose File. Name the file .nomedia. Remember the point at the beginning of the word is important.

Once the added file, your file will become invisible to ordinary mortals.
After creating the file, you will not necessarily will see because this is what we call a hidden file. To access the hidden files, you simply go to the settings in your file manager and activate this option.
