The latest version of Google Chrome reviewing its download manager. Now download some files being can be paused from the notifications panel.
The Google Chrome on Android onboard N Preview is currently in version 49 of Marshmallow, but the update channel "Dev" already allows access to a test version of Version 50. This one even that is present on Android N Preview. Among the new features include in particular a further download manager, which allows among others to pause the upload of a file and run it again later.
Needless to say right now, this applies only to the Chrome download manager and not that of Android. Thus, clicking on a file that launches the system, which does not change. To enjoy this new feature, it is imperative to long click on the file link and use the "Save Link", except for certain types of files, which are opened directly from the downloader integrated into Chrome.
For now, this feature is therefore to improve in order to standardize the use of Chrome manager. It is nevertheless a good start which finally allows to consider split downloading large files.
