How to Update
- Download the update.zip and update_full_hw_eu.zip files from the aforementioned links.
- Create a new folder named “dload” in the external microSD card of your device.
- Next, extract the downloaded update.zip package and copy the UPDATE.APP file to the newly-created dload folder.
- Take a full backup of all your important data and turn your phone off.
- Now hold Volume up + Volume down + Power for a few seconds to start the installation.
- In case the software version in Settings > About Phone does not reflect the new updated version, follow the steps below otherwise you’re good to go!
- Once the installation completes and your device starts up, remove the UPDATE.APP file from its dload folder.
- Now extract the update_full_hw_eu.zip package you downloaded in the first step and copy its UPDATE.APP file to the same dload folder (it shouldn’t contain any other file).
- Finally install this file using the exact same method (Steps 4-5).
